Our Story
Kendall Joinery Contractors Ltd was formed as a partnership in 1998 by Gary Kendall and David Tennett from the start working nationwide in the Modular Building industry on major construction projects along with bespoke timber frame installation fitting trussed and hand cut roofs and working on various commercial and domestic joinery projects.
Kendall Joinery Contractors was incorporated in 2002, the company due to demand became more focused on Modular Building Installation and fit out with a reputation for Quality and Reliability with a strong focus on Health and Safety.
Gary left the company in 2012 and Kendall Joinery Contractors ltd became solely owned and run by the Stennett family.
From working in the late 1990’s on project like the millennium Dome, military accommodation installation to installing and removing office and welfare facilities on many of the Olympic site for London 2012 to providing specialist teams during Covid to install testing centres and additional bed space for the NHS, the company has always had the abiliity to undertake the largest and most challenging projects.
In 2023 the company moved to larger premises in Scunthorpe to be able to store and refurbish Modular Units.
Along with the change in location, Stennett Site Services ltd was formed the same year to supply Mechanilcal and electrical services.
To this day the company remains focused on Health and Safety, employee Training, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
